Lotus Arts Gallery invites you to join us for these upcoming events:

Paint it Bold Exhibit
Date: July 1 - August 13, 2010
Time: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
In this exhibit, artists are responding to the meaning of the term “bold” as it refers to art. Whether it is work done with vivid colors and thick paint, or work that is rich with symbolism or abstraction, or even work that is monumental in size, this exhibit explores the term. Artists can also interpret bold to mean an innovative use of media or even theme. This exhibit promises viewers something exciting and different from traditional art. The exhibit is a small group show featuring the work of artists Peggy Kerwan, David Austin, Diane Whitehead, Jeri Fellwock and Jeanne Poulet.

Date: July 16, 2010
Time: 6 to 9 p.m.
We invite you to meet the artists and join us at the opening reception on Friday, July 16, from 6 – 9 p.m. Light hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served.
